Here’s a performance one would expect in the Bible Belt, a performance reminiscent of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, with Kid Valentine blowing golden notes on his trumpet. But it’s not. It’s from Sushiland, performed at the Asakusa Hub in Tokyo, Japan. And according to a Jazz blogger in England, they also play a toe tappin’ Bogalusa Strut.
